Butcher Billy Edition • Season Five
The last season. The last beautiful art. I can't wait to see all the new artwork Butcher Billy will come up with! I am doing my best to get this artwork in the form of title cards as soon as possible. As you may know, these take a lot of time, but I'm getting the hang of it, so the wait for these title cards might not be that long.

Chapter One:
The Crawl
What a gorgeous poster to start of the fifth and final season of Stranger Things! The four boys together again, ready for their last adventure together. I had to change a few things of this poster. Firstly, the van has been repositioned and shrunk a bit to fit the title card. Secondly, I had to extend all four arms. This was the hardest part, but I'm glad how it turned out. The bend in the bottom left arm was definitely the hardest.

Chapter Two:
The Vanishing of Holly Wheeler
This background was a pain to draw, wow! I did cheat a little by copying parts of it, but I bet you haven't even notice that, am I right? The background is extend al lot to (obviously) the right, but also a bit to the left, and a small spot above Holly's head where there used to be some text. It's a busy background, but it does fit with the vibes of this episode. Terrified Holly looks incredibly accurate in the artwork, I love it!

Chapter Three:
The Turnbow Trap
Finished this title card in just three evenings! I was so dreading this one since it looked rather complicated to replicate, but in the end it wasn't that bad. I copied the top right petal, rotated it, and used it the complete the two left petals. However, it was not nearly enough as it was still missing the edges and the tip, so I had to draw the rest by hand. I really adore the blue hues in this one, especially with the red pop of color of Steve's car.

Chapter Four:
Sorcerer
I thought this one would be easier, but I made it way harder for myself. It felt too empty without the brush strokes in the background on the left side. I really love the three demogorgons on the folds of the paper, it kind of looks like they are getting beamed up! This title card really stands out after two mainly blue title cards. It also feels so unique compared to the others, it's perfect!

Chapter Five:
Shock Jock
Yes, this one indeed took a long time. Not because it was a difficult one, more due to work being very busy. I feel like this is one of the more boring ones. Extending the meter was a challenge, but not too difficult. Drawing extra lightning helped fill up the title card more, even though there is still a lot of dead space on the left. I tried to fill that up with some paper folds and wrinkles.

Chapter Six:
Escape from Camazotz
What a masterpiece that Billy Butcher has created with this one! They're getting more and more detailed, which is not the best for me, but it looks stunning! If you look closely, you might see that the spires are just copies of each other, as well as all the floating rocks. They each received just a few minor tweaks. The silhouettes of the pillars in the background are actually made from some kind of liquid that is leaking down!

Chapter Seven:
The Bridge
Rocks, rocks, and more rocks. I made it myself easy and I didn't create a single rock myself. I duplicated the existing rocks from Butcher Billy's artwork, and just rotated or flipped them. I mean, I did edit a few so you wouldn't notice it. I tried to make the rocks on the left bigger so it feels like they are closer than the rest. Hope you like this chaotic mess! Fun fact as well, the paper lines are copied from the first ever title card I did!

Chapter Eight:
The Rightside Up
The last one of this last season. What a ride it has been! I can't tell you how much I loved this show. It's one of those ones that you have to rewatch every 3 to 5 years, just like ATLA. I'm gonna be honest, this is not one of my least favorite title cards of this season. It's perfect for a normal poster design, but rather empty for title cards. I didn't want to add too many more rocks. Anyway, I hope you like this title cards and the other ones this season!

Borderless Butcher Billy Edition
The original art has borders which really suit the art style, especially when the characters jumps out of that frame. Though I wanted to create a borderless variant as well, where I also removed the Netflix logo and the Stranger Things 5 logo to make it look even more clean. This is actually the style I use for my library!
